1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after full payment is confirmed (excluding weekends & official holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be arranged on the next working day.
During big promotion seasons, order processing may be delayed by 1–2 extra days, we will notify buyers via email in advance.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery time varies by destination:
  • US/CA: 7–15 working days
  • Europe: 10–20 working days
    Other regions: 15–30 working days
    International customs clearance may cause unexpected delays out of our control.

3. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping Rule

Shipping fees are auto-calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.
Free standard shipping available for orders over $XX (fill your threshold amount).

4. Tracking Information

Once dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your registered mailbox, and tracking info activates within 24 hours.

5. Customs Duty & Tax

Import duties, VAT and local customs fees for international orders are borne by buyers in accordance with local customs regulations. Our store is not responsible for such charges.

6. Lost & Damaged Package

If items get lost or severely damaged during transit, please contact us with order number & photos within 7 days after receiving parcel, we will solve via reshipment or partial refund case by case.
